Exactly, you won't be 25 and instructing, unless you choose to.
I used to think the same way you did Shanejj --- get to the regionals ASAP...but then my father encouraged me to get my flight instructor certificates just to
try it out. In retrospect, I don't regret it one bit! I am having a blast teaching, and I am making just as much, if not more than a 1st year FO for a regional.
So all in all, slow down a little bit, take your time. I will be 23 later this year, and I will have surpassed most, if not all of the MINS for the regionals by then...
Look at me...I'm not 25 and I am already there!
Just take our 2 cents into concideration. We are all responding because we've been there, done that, and got the T-shirt...
