Funny, I know plenty of "minority" CA's. In casual conversation when you ask them "so, you got your stuff out everywhere?" Or "where have you applied to?" FedEx is rarely mentioned.

Sorry Dojet, it seems that in my rant I never answered your question. As a minority, I never felt that I would be welcomed at FEDEX, and therefore never applied. I think it's a great company, but they don't proactively recruit minorities, and if you don't know what it's like to work where you don't feel welcomed, you shouldn't reply to that comment. If I'm ever furloughed again, I'll send captainmark my resume, he'll get me hired just because I'm black. Captainmark, will I have to go to the right seat or is there a direct to Captain minority program over there?
