The short answer is No! To be able to jumpseat there has to be a bilateral agreement between both airlines pilot groups and jumpseating in Japan is not allowed, I can't even jumpseat on my own airline, you will be using ZED tickets for your commute if the airline you will work for doesn't provide positive space.
