While I haven't been through their P-180 program....you'll find most FSI programs to be geared towards your success. I see you have ERJ in your profile...training at an airline and training at a sim center like FSI or CAE is quite different. Airline they're paying you to get through and if you can't the next guy in line will. FSI you are the client and they understand you or your company paid good money for you to be there. They want your training to a positive educational experience because odds are if not, you'll take your business to their competition.

That being said they won't pencil whip the training. If you can't handle it they'll talk about scheduling extra sessions or issuing an SIC rating. Most of the time I've heard of that happening with lower time guys getting into their first jet. If you're an experienced pilot with turbine experience, you won't find the training overly difficult. Know your emergency action items and limitations and that's half the battle.

Best of luck!
