I left Colgan in December. They direct deposited a 37.5 hour check on February 1st and another on March 1st. Got wise to it mid way through March. Called me asking for a check. They can't. That would be illegal.
15-16 years ago an acquaintence left Mesa. He got paid for many months. The tried to give him crap about getting the money back. But he never heard from them after the first phone call. He had heard that they just brushed it under because no one in accounting wanted to get blamed for the over sight.
