Personally, it's not my problem, never applied to FEDEX and have been hired EVERYWHERE I ever applied. You can worry yourself sick wondering whether that is because I'm black or because I've applied myself, kept a good attitude and far exceeded the minimum requisite qualifications for employment. Me I'll be out enjoying my job flying with, more than likely, a pretty cool white-dude who enjoys flying with me. Good Luck.
