One more thing. I do understand the consternation with the other side taking unilateral action, as we felt the same with regards to JP "going rogue" with profit sharing and TPA issues. .
The pilots, through, their reps directes such action. The pilots felt that it would be wrong to leave us out in the cold regarding profit sharing, since we work damn hard. We are cheap labor, we work til we die, and therefore we deserve any and all bit of profit sharing we can get.
There was no going rogue. JP did as he was told.
