That is all in our contract though. Why does CAL not pay for the extra day? And why are you training on your days off? My 2 day PC is now a 3 day PC. I live in base where the simulator is.
Dong it for free on my dime and my time.
I would rather hold off on doing this extra training until such time as we get paid for it. But, in the meantime, I would rather my MEC negotiate a side letter that pays me for it if I actually have no choice but to do it.
But, the UAL MEC might file a grievance making me do it for no pay and on my days off.........I can't win for losing.
