I am disappointed in my fellow UAL pilots and their negative feelings about JP's nd the CAL MEC response. Their response was more than enough and met my expectations of support for the the UAL MEC's direction. It maintained their control and dignity to respond to the ISL needs of the CAL pilots while showing a unified position to move these negotiations to a successful conclusion.
JH's move also ferreted out and made public UCH's failure to comply with their verbal agreements to have a contract completed by-mid June. By agreeing to such a process and then returning to a 2010 position (R&I) revealed the divisiveness and failure to negotiate in good faith by UCH.
Now with this commitment by the CAL MEC we can work together to get a JCBA in place.
