Besides you're comparing hourly pay rates it wouldn't shock me that most people bring in an additional $500 to almost 1k in incentive pay. No where does that reflect in our hourly pay scales you see on APC.
You clearly have no grasp on how work rules, line guarantees, etc work. We also have been average $800/yr at Eagle for ontime/completion bonuses. We have CX pay, via a line guarantee, so the credit hours of our lines, is what we are paid, unless it is under 72 hours then we are paid 72 hours. We get conflicts as well, such as training/vacation (for now). Our per diem is also most likely better. I would rather have a 88 hour line, fly 78 because we are earlier or/and I have stuff CX, and still paid 88.
Also the JET time plays a role IMHO. The pic turbine is great, but it seems to be a dying requirement.
