How long has it been since your interview? It took them 4.5 weeks to call me, and 3.5 to call one of my buddies. I think the current choke point in the timeline is the number of classes they can run. Apparently the currently only have one instructor that's qualified to teach initial. It sounds like they're pretty short on the line though, so once you show up they're really going to try and push you through.
I interviewed on March 29th, just over 3 weeks ago and have been since trying to find out if they want to offer me the job or not. Didn't get a "thank you but no, thank you" letter so may be they just have a ton of work and are very busy.
I don't mind waiting if I end up getting the job though
