Horton's going to merge AA into U as well. He just wants to do it after he exits so he (and others) can make beaucoup stock dollars and acquire massive wealth as the controller instead of the controlled. The difference for employees is HUGE depending on who they negotiate with. Horton isn't negotiating, so what's a girl to do ?
How much do YOU stand to make on those stock deals there, Tom ?
