You can tell two things from this statement..
1. Whether or not you like RAH/AWAC/MESA is beside the point. I think it's a shame you are HOPEFUL that these carriers lose out and all of their employees lose their jobs.

I agree 100%! This is a good example of crabs in a bucket. Everyone knows that AWAC is notorious for investing in merged companies...they owned 13% of the new US Airways & secured 70 new birds overnight. RAH did something similar to this as well. Unfortunately, this is a bad precedent to set imo, but in the board room, it makes sense. After the transaction, no one at PDT or PSA lost their job...I do believe
