Just this year...BC had a guy hired with NO PIC time. Right seat time ONLY...the instructors were told...this guys makes it through training no matter what. What is worse is this guy knew it and did not lift a finger to studdy...they had to spoon feed this guy and not a single negative comment in his record. The "man" said this is how it be...

As far as "luck" goes...FedEx and their axident record aint so "lucky."

Also...the last few months..."NO notice line checks" to ALL female pilots at FDX. Due to the "luck" factor...
