I never get jury duty.
But my dad used to get it all of the time when we lived in Hampton but he was always the first sent home. They probably just didn't like the idea of having the white haired Navy Captain and Preacher dressed in a suit sitting on the jury.
Hmm I've only had it once in my life too. They also told me a few years ago when i got it, that if you are called again within 8 years you can decline. Must be a TN thing i guess.
