SKW has a contractual right to 60% (or something like that) of any NEW delta regional flying. I also can't imagine that DL would want to **** off SKW by moving another carrier into SLC...that was SKW country when SKYW sold their own tickets, before DL had a position in SLC. That market belonged to SKW (and Western) long before DL.
