Need help. I can't delete a buddy pass authorization.
They checked in at the airport, never were able to get on a flight and went home. So we refunded the ticket but I am stuck with all 3 of them on my buddy pass authorizations. It will not let me delete them, just activate them.
Before I call someone, and trying to figure out who, I should be able to delete them right?
Hope I understand what you are asking....
If you authorized the passes, never used them, and then refunded them, they are gone.
You can't "delete" the authorization and use the same pass over again with a different "buddy".
If that's what you are trying to do.
