The memo clearly stated that Delta is ANTICIPATING classes 1q of 2013, and that 110 flows is rumored (the memo used the word rumor). As well as the opening of the application window at some unknown date. This memo was from About 5 days ago.
The other memo came out yesterday about the garuanteed interview program and future class dates.
So really nothing concrete
