Nov 1998 - breach of fiduciary duty declared by Supreme Court of the State of New York in alleged fraudulent appropriation of Aeropostal. Oct 2001 - on trial in Caracas. Aug 2011 - no further developments reported.

Also his son, little Jr, was cought up with cocaine and the mugshot is available at the Doral PD - FL (Jr works as a manager at Falcon, as second in command)
