I recently got involved in the pairing construction process at my airline. I am trying to find out more information about how other companies build their pairings. Especially Delta Connection carriers. Do you pilots participate in the process at all? Is it through the union? What method or software does you company use? I am hoping to work with others so we can all learn how to improve our lives a bit.
