CQFO = Captain Qualified First Officers. It is a temporary stop gap to get captain into the airplane while they wait for current employees to either get throught training or meet the minimum requirements for an ATP.
If we had ATP mins for our captains, we wouldn't be having this problem.
Mins for captain here at Tranny States are 4000TT (or 3200 with company match of 800 hours max).
