They won't interview you without a first class medical and 1000TT. Most people don't get interviews without the ATP written either. I had the minimums but didn't have the written taken. They told me to call them when I got it done to set up the interview.

Get the first class medical and ATP done ASAP to have the best chance at getting the interview.
