To be honest thats a **** poor attitude to have. While being a CFI may not be a "career" for many people it is still something you should do 100%. You shouldn't have become a CFI if don't want to be a "CFI". It is not fair to your students and to the profession. Go tow banners or fly jumpers if you don't want to teach.
1. You are jumping to conclusions based on a few statements I made. You completely do not understand.
2. I enjoy flight instructing. It has taught me lot about myself and aviation. I will always be a CFI and keep my CFI current. When I'm getting paid for my services, I always bust my a** and give it 100%.
3. If someone says that don't want to make a career out of a certain job, that does not mean they don't like that particular job.
4. You may think highly of yourself and the work you do, but you must realize not everyone has the same perspective as you do.
