My new favorite thing, is how you deal with a greedy captain who picks up OT. Wait for captain tool of the day, who picks up OT, and takes the first leg, that is a 2 hours flight, and goes at .65 the entire time. Doing all possible to drag it out. Well little does he know his 4 hour turn is day 1 of your 3 or 4 day. This is his day off/block of days off. Then you get to your destination/out station (this is perfect if it is LRM) and your so late and went so slow that you are suddenly fatigued, or had a bad sandwich and sick. This is even better at awful overnights such as BNA or BUF.

Enjoy that 25% override. STOP PICKING UP OT WHILE THE COMPANY IS TRYING TO TEST STAFFING NUMBERS!!!!!!!
