I don't read it this way....... I believe the intent is once you fly a trip that puts you at or above reserve guarantee you are done. But, as long as you are below reserve guarantee you can be assigned a trip not to exceed ALV + 15:00.
That's the way it is now. Unless they change something else, we just gave them a major concession on how much they can fly reserves.
