What she fails to mention is the fact that if you purchase an extra ticket because of your size, that second ticket fee is refunded if the flight does not check in full. SWA only takes the revenue if they were denied the ability to sell the ticket to a paying customer because your size required two seats. If it is a full flight and they can't sell the seat next to you who should bear that cost, the airline or the customer?
