Hello All! I hope each of you at Atlas are doing well and enjoying the job.

In speaking to several friends from different airlines and school, everyone seems to count their blessings that they are working at Atlas. That's great to hear. I'm currently working overseas on a 777 contract attempting to get on board as well sometime in the relative near future. I just recently subscribed to the forum website and have been spending most of my time reading the 300+ pages of information here. I'd like to ask a few questions if I may.

With the current hiring window being closed, is there any benefit to trying to get my resume in through current Atlas friends? Somebody had mentioned a while ago in this thread that 767 experience goes a long way right now. I do have the type. Is it worthwhile to attempt or is that just going to agitate the HR Department. Or should I just wait until the window does eventually open and go from there with internal recommendations?

Is there any projection on when the hiring window may open? I've been checking it twice a day to make sure I don't miss the boat.

Does the company weigh AMC experience heavily? After being overseas, I have truly learned that AMC/Supplemental aviation is what I really want to do.

Is there advantages to having multiple LOR's internally?

Might there be any "latest and greatest" information on the phone interview? Seeing that it is the first step, it's seems productive to work on that first...

Any suggestions?

I would really appreciate any information possible. After reading two thirds of this thread so far, it seems like there are some good advices and people to share them!

Thank you for your considerations in my post?

All the Best!
