Agreed with the above. However, we also must recognize that exclusivity period (currently a conditional extension) can be petitioned to be terminated by a majority of the creditors (5 of 9). That means 2 creditors aside from the unions, so the 9/28 date isn't without jeopardy.

I haven't seen that either. So far, AMR has not produced one and so it would appear they have no upper hand. All we have to go on is past and present statements and actions.The most recent statement to the press described Eagle taking over a large percentage of AA's remaining domestic flying at ORD with larger RJ's. Adding the fact Frank Lorenzo's former attorney has been retained, I think I can see where we're headed though.
