One general thing to keep in mind is that when you finally apply for a pilot position at the airline that you are working for, they will know EVERYTHING about your 'previous employment'! So plan on never taking sick leave or ****ing anyone off. Just a thought.
Pretty much. Because if one does go that route, they can consider they're ENTIRE tenure as a non-pilot employee as an interview.
