The NNP seems like it's throwing a gasoline soaked log on the already burning fire of stagnation in regards to the ALV's.
Compared to 10 years ago, the Delta pilots and most of the pilots in the industry work more days a month. I really don't want our careers to trend towards that of the regional airlines. That's what I'm getting out of the NNP. SWA payrates are not worth working 16 + days a month for. We need to get the trend going the other way. Less days of work = better.
I'm really hoping that the actual TA will be more palatable. DALPA really seems to be doing the heavy lifting for the DPA.
