Every reserve showing AVAIL will help.
This short staffing combined with the ability to fly us more hours is the perfect storm for quality of life/health decrease. Not somewhere I want to go for 17 years.
One principle I think bears repeating, pay comes and goes (goes quickly when in the 10 year BK cycle managements have started using), work rules once gone rarely come back. We are seeing that now. Let's fix work rules to improve QOL, not take away from it.
