Only the BOD can change national officer compensation, and they certainly didn't give anyone a pay raise. In fact, they made it a lot more difficult to get reimbursement for expenses.

Captain Moak doesn't pay himself. His compensation is authorized and blessed by the Board of Directors...everyone last one of the reps that all pilots elect willingly.
