Well....the advertising is working
You see guaranteed JOB, I see advertising with a 'way out' for ERAU at every turn:

These relationships depend on airline pilot hiring opportunities which are currently on hold at most airlines.
Get out of jail free card. We (ERAU) never promised you a rose garden (see old famous USMC recruiting poster )

Over the years, Embry-Riddle has had in place one or more new-hire programs with commercial airlines.
These programs come and go with the wind!

The programs were implemented and designed to provide exceptional opportunities for Embry-Riddle graduates
With successful completion of the program, the participant will be granted an interview with Delta Air Lines.
American Eagle agrees to guarantee interviews (provided American Eagle Airlines is interviewing)
As a candidate of the University Gateway Program, if you have successfully completed Phases 1-4 and have attained the minimum requirements for a JetBlue first officer, you will be given an opportunity to interview when pilot hiring is active.
LOTS of guarantee of "opportunities" and promises of INTERVIEWS, but I didn't see any GUARANTEED job on that link. I also see a lot of disclaimers about when they are interviewing or hiring (think American Eagle right now).

You are doing valuable research right now , but I see a high schooler who seems to have their mind set on the course they think they are on and ignoring some glaring facts and insight because they don't jive with the preconceived notion. BEWARE THE SNAKE OIL SALESMAN! Always and forever - too include recruiters
