I see Rod has one going for $99. Couldn't find the King's...their website is umm...busy. I have lots of respect for both, but I could do w/o the corniness.

I have however procured the Gleim one. Very dry, but good for beating things into your head. This is just a supplement for while I'm wasting away in the office.
