It will consist of office work, maybe some systems ground school and some "hey you guys (interns) wanna go jump in the sim for a few minutes" like I said before though you do not need riddle to do these, I obtained one that had an aviation degree requirement but was studying management at a non aviation school. That may have been rare but it lead me to believe you do not need riddle or the others to get those. Who knows
