Default World Airways Pilot and Management Negociations

Could anyone give any color on the contract negociations at WOA (besides that they are "cooling-off"). It reads to me like that the Teamsters and management are nowhere near an agreement?

It appears mgt. is trying to transfer military lift to the NA 763s and 752 rather than the MD-11s in order to shake up negociations a bit (not to mention the carrot on a pole with the 744Fs). What is going on with these negociations? How does the military provision come into play? Does Randy and his crew have any idea what they are doing...asking for realease from mediation?
