The Dash is an awesome airplane, but it didn't do anything to the Colgan crew, it was what they did to it that was the problem.
When I got hired there, the people in our class that had the most problems were the ones that never cut loose to go have dinner and a beer or 5. Crew concept, right? Everyone studies differently though, good luck!
