LIE. This does not apply to the Delta pilots and never has. The ALPA C&BL* allows a dues exemption for
pilot contributions to their 401k
if the 401k is the
only retirement plan they have. The Delta pilots have never qualified for that exemption. This will not affect the Delta pilots at all.

This is from a group of experienced and knowledgeable former ALPA volunteers? This discussion was on the forums a few years back. Any forum lurker should remember it was debunked then as well.
