The average age of the U pilots is 54, so with a 2 to 3 year integration of pilots it won't take long for all us "old guys" to be long gone and leave the widebodies to the AWA guys. BTW don't let Junior Baker get you guys too riled up over there at AWA , take a big deep breath .....exhale and relax , this will take time , a lot of it. In the end it will go to an arbitrator and be out of everyones hands.
