There is only one reason DALPA has been dancing around the issue and wont simply state "We aim to reduce outsourced RJ's, especially those larger than 50 seats". They are layering the leaks, trying to upsell even the bad then hope when they spring the 20 to 30% raise everybody will overlook the backslide about to occur from lousy work rules and more outsourced flying. The warning signs are already there, but some choose to look the other way and will settle for a pay raise.
We'll see if we get a TA and what it holds. They know the consequences of putting out a poor product. I'll reserve judgement until that day comes.
