This does not apply to a return to work agreement following a strike. Any back to work agreement containing a provision for reinstatement of hostages, probationary or not, would be outside the scope of the contract as it applies to probation.
I do not see PG & co failing to insist on the reinstatement of hostages in any back to work agreement.
i dont understand this. How can you be apart of the union but fart in the wrong direction and be fired because so and so captain doesn't like your face that day. Ive heard of probies being fired left and right for absolutely ridiculous reasons. Please clarify what the intended point of the probation period is for? Is it for proving ourselves as pilots? Dead serious question as i don't understand the intention of probation.
