I'm being a smart a$$, so please don't be insulted. They require a 4 year degree but 250 or so hours? Just sort of funny what their priorities are.....
I liked how United did it for a while. You needed a 4 year degree but could reduce it by a year for each jet type that you had 300 hours of PIC in. I only have a 2 year degree, but had 5 types, 4 with > 300 hours PIC, so I figured I could have (if I had applied) qualified with a High School diploma - theoretically.
