Correct. Delta pilots already pay dues in this manner. No dues increase for any Delta pilot, even if this is ratified. And as of right now, I'll be surprised if this even goes through, anyway. It was already voted down once before a few years ago.
It sure as heck better go through, because right now, UAL pilots aren't paying dues on their 401k contributions either, and haven't been since their DB terminated in 2005.
