I tend to agree with you on our productivity. The training footprints for all the different fleets isn't our fault. Outside of all the multi-fleet training, I'd bet we are easily on par with WN productivity.

Not only that, but also having a million fleet types and then turning marketing loose to do whatever drives a penny more revenue at our expense results in a lot of very unproductive pairings that could be made much more productive if we had a single (or even just a few fewer) fleet types. When every city pair is served by a almost every plane in the fleet every day, that's why we end up with long sits and overnights that trash our productivity in addition to the massive training pipeline you mentioned. Then the company turns around and says we can't get SWA pay because we don't have SWA productivity, even though we generate more revenue per pilot, in part because of the very things that hurt our productivity, than SWA.
Then we TA more productivity all over the NNP for a player to be named later or whatever.
