I wasn't there but I hear PART of the problem was the plane being stuck to the ground, being stuck in line, and not being able to get busses out to the plane. I certainly wouldn't have passengers sliding down the slides into a blizzard onto an icy tarmac though.

We definitely have some major improvement to do on our foul weather operations though.
