Man, you just really don't get it. No one on here (from DAL) is saying anything along those lines. However, if you can't honestly and objectively see how you (AS pilots) have benefited from the relationship, yes Delta as a company has as well, you are incredibly naive or completely in denial. Is the code share a profitable arrangement for Delta, absolutely. Are Alaska and its pilots benefiting from it as well, you bet. Are Delta PILOTS benefiting from the relationship, not strategically but tactically? Absolutely not. I think the only way you'll actually understand how this is working is if Delta and Alaska ever merge. I, for one, don't want to see it and I don't think you do either. Therefore, you probably never will get it.
