To attempt to answer your question, I'd guess around $25k first year including per diem. Should go up whenever we get this damn contract hammered out, but don't count on that. Amount of flying depends on the cert/base. I was hired in 2007 onto the Republic cert and haven't spent a day on reserve yet. It's a crap shoot.
