Kind of wondering, are all you scope or die warriors going to send 1/3 of your pay to the deadzoners who have lost so much and have very little time or chance of recovery? Or are they just collateral damage? Just what is the plan for them? Or is it a secret? Inquiring minds and all...
I sense anger in your post. You are addressing the entitlement generation in a VERY entitled way.

Some of the knitting club are the same age as deadzoners, they chose a different path in life. I'm pushing 50. I fly with 777 captains who are a few years older than me and very few (some) who are younger. The paradigm changed on all of us. We didn't cause it to change (all pilots).

Age 65 gave 5 more years to the deadzoners which it took away from the progression of others.

Your angst is misdirected. Circumstances in life are what they are. Everyone is trying to make lemonade, everyone.
