If the company wants to park rj's there is a penalty...fact.
To avoid the penalty or at least reduce it they work out a deal with affected DCI carrier or directly with Bombardier to replace small rjs with larger more economical ones.
To do this they need ALPA's blessing to change our scope clause.
If it isn't in this TA I will buy you a bottle of your choice with all the money I have left over from my new whopping pay rate!!
