Other than what Ed said, ie. replacing 50 seat RJ's with more 76 seat RJ's, what is the "Opportunity"?

I just read the WSJ article about Delta pulling down 4% more Transatlantic flying and 1% reduction in Pacific flying, and reducing employee head count.

Any early outs for Pilots in this thing?
